Casey Crook Hudiburg

Owner/Partner | Family Law and Guardian Ad Litem Representation 

Casey became an attorney in 2019 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma Law School. Her career began with the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Deprived division. Casey entered the private sector in 2021, joining Allen & Mills law firm in Norman, Oklahoma. Since joining the private sector, Casey’s primary focus has been Guardian Ad Litem representation for children involved in divorce, custody, and guardianship cases. She has also worked as a co-administrator for the Cleveland County Family Drug Court Program since 2021.

Casey has been married to Jayce Hudiburg for 5+ years. Following in the footsteps of her dad, Casey volunteers with Positive Tomorrows School System.

James Crook

Owner/Partner | Estate Planning

James became an attorney in 1996 after graduating from Oklahoma City University Law School. He worked his way through law school as a corrections officer and lieutenant at the El Reno, OK, Federal Correctional Institution. James spent 31+ years with the Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, as a Paralegal, Attorney Advisor, Senior Counsel, and Supervisory Attorney. James retired from his federal legal career in 2021 and has begun building his private-sector career.

James has been married to Teresa Crook for 37+ years, and together they have four children. He raised his family on the beliefs of hard work and giving back to the community. Today, James volunteers at OU Children’s Hospital as a NICU Cuddler, at Positive Tomorrows School System as a Breakfast Helper, and at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, delivering food boxes to local community members.
