Billing Guidelines
Retainers
Your ordered portion of the initial retainer is due upon receipt of your intake letter. Legal services and investigative work will not begin until this balance is paid in full.
Monthly Invoices
Invoices are processed monthly and are due within ten (10) days of receipt.
Retainer Replenishment
If your invoice shows a balance due, your initial retainer has been depleted. Timely replenishment is required to retain our services and ensure work continues on your case.
